Our pastry journey began in 2017, in a cottage-law kitchen in Houston, TX, with a simple desire: to create something delicious and beautiful. Over the years, our work grew and evolved, taking new forms along the way. In 2026, that journey found a new identity in Spira Pâtisserie.
From our home‑based patisserie, we bake in small batches with care and intention, allowing each pastry the time and attention it deserves. And today, we share our work through pop‑up shops, pickups at several locations around Houston, and custom orders.
Our pastries are inspired by the traditions and techniques of French pâtisserie, while reflecting our love of color, flavor, and attention to detail.
The spiral in our logo reminds us that growth is rarely a straight line. We return, learn, create, and begin again. That cycle shapes everything we make, and we invite you to join us in it.
